**Goodbye 2024**

As the Christmas trees come down and some.kind of normality returns it's time to say goodbye 2024. We had a funny old year as a family with lots of good and a load of not so good! But we got to finally have our dream wedding ourselves and watching the kids do their bits at the wedding made us so so proud!

2025 brings another funny old mix, we have our holiday of a lifetime to look forward to when we take all 3 kids to Thailand, Vietnam and Borneo on the way to visiting friends in Brunei! But we also have some family members with health issues and big changes happening so I am sure those situations will bring some challenges.

Whatever your 2025 is bringing I wish you every luck, health abd happiness ❤️

Not a cake fan - have some cheese! My biggest tip for any wedding planning is to make it special for you, if you don't like dancing, you don't have to do a first dance! If you don't like cake, you don't have to have cake - make your whole day personal to you and it will always feel unique and magical!

...You'll find me on the dancefloor! I love getting in the middle of the dancefloor and capturing all those crazy moments! For this reason I have the option to add on extra hours in the evening for those who want more drunken madness captured!

**It's all in the detail!**

Those small things you have spent hours choosing, the scent you chose to walk down the aisle, the view from the room you got ready in and so so much more. Those little tiny details that tell the story of your day, those little tiny things that when you look back at the pictures in 10, 20 or even 50 years time will take you back to that moment and evoke the same feelings you had on the day - if I can achieve that, my job is done!

**Love & Laughter**

Its so easy to only show those couple shots and the wow moments when filling your social media feeds but these are the moments that often mean the most.......... and are what I spend most of the day doing! My couple shots are done in two 10 to 15 minute sessions, the rest of the time I am back on a long lens just capturing these precious moments from a distance! Telling the story of your day without keeping you away from your guests - win, win!

So honoured to have been asked to capture this lovely couples big day! A super relaxed morning, family landrovers to take them to church, their beautiful dogs as ring bearers and a wonderful relaxed tipi reception on the farm was the absolute perfect way for them to celebrate, a truly home grown day with family growing all their flowers, Karl's Mum doing all the baking and even the food raised on the farm! So glad you got everything you wished for ❤

From the moment I met these two I knew their day was going to be epic - not sure anything could have prepared me for just how amazing it was though! What an amazing day, done their way from going for a coffee together this morning to ease the nerves, to the hundreds of candles in the church instead of traditional florals, walking through the village from the church to the cricket club, through to sharing platters of food instead of standard three course meal, roaming brass bands and even kebabs for late night snacks! The NICEST couple surrounded by a world (literally - people from every corner of the globe!) of love and supported by wonderfully chosen suppliers - just perfect!
