Metal Mayhem runs regular events organised by Ian in and around the Clacton area at a variety of venues. Metal Mayhem is not for profit and is run purely for the love of live music. The last three bands to announce on this beast of an all day fest are as follows.
Line of Fire Nottingham based groove doom outfit are heading south to fill you ears with glorious riffage.
Famyne Kent's dark fantasy doom mongers return to Colchester to weave their musical magic before we reach our incredible headliners.
Sergeant Thunderhoof . When I asked some of the names around the scene "who would you book as headline" only one name was on all their lips and what a band. The Somerset maestros bring essences of doom, groove and hard rock together with epic riffage. They are now at the top of my playlist and I am sure will soon be at the top of yours.

Second announcement. I was gonna sit on this till January, but too excited. Must be the festive season.
So joining our event are Ipswich's own groove soup noise makers Arms To Oblivion .
Heading up from our neighbours across the Thames Kent is the incredible Godless Suns.
And making their way from Derbyshire is, one of the hardest working bands on the circuit, Syncolima - Band news and info. This is my present to you.🧑‍🎄

So this is your first announcement of the gorgeousness that is Beyond The Dunes Fest next September.
Kicking off with local band Red_Matter Incredible doesn't describe their sound and proud to give them the stage in their home town.
Next up are BlackWater Kings bringing their awesome blend of Groove and southern rock!!
Finishing up this announcement is Farnborough Stone Soup Soup . Victors in Oxfords Metal 2 The Masses event last year they will bring the blues to this packed line up!!

So it's time!!! Coming in 2025 an all day fest of some of the UKs best Desert, Doom, Stoner and Groove. Line up is coming together nicely and I will be making announcements soon. Website is under construction, social media will be sorted in next few weeks and nailing down various bells and whistles to make this an event to remember.
