A lovely relaxing evening was had by all making wonderful deluxe wellness bunches.
I helped with learning about lavender and eucalyptus and the benefits they can bring with there natural essential oils.
I made homemade lavender cookies , and herbal eucalyptus tea and pomegranate tea and shared the benefits of drinking natural teas.

Tonight’s wellness workshop was a lovely relaxing evening. First of many workshops being run this year 💐💐Everyone enjoyed making multiple smudge sticks, and wellness bunches. We talked about herbs and how to use them for health and wellbeing in daily life. We discussed eucalyptus in great depth and the multiple ways to use for well being. We enjoyed eucalyptus and jasmine tea and homemade lemon muffins. I Enjoyed making this lovely garland yesterday for Natalie.
I used Pampus, bunny tails, gypsophila and some added dried alliums to create a bespoke feature for this already wow mirror. Enjoy Nat 💐💕

Fabulous evening was had by these two lovely ladies at today’s wellness workshop. January is a good month to think about health and wellbeing and today was very relaxing.
Today we discussed eucalyptus tea and nettle benefits. I made homemade biscuits 🍪 and we discussed how to use lavender and herbs in cooking.
We made a rosemary, a eucalyptus & a lavender homemade natural smudge incense stick.
We discussed how to smudge and the benefits of doing so.
Then we finished with making a wellness bunch to hang in our bathrooms. Next wellness workshop is on 2nd of February at hygge Emporium in Clay Cross. All workshops need to be booked direct with myself on messenger, or phone or message 07854217297 to book your space
