Yorkshire's much-anticipated annual event, Livefields Festival, is back to celebrate the legacy of musical icons with the UK’s top tribute acts. This year, the festival is set to take place at Oakwell Hall's Stadium Ground in Birstall, near Leeds, Saturday 12h July 2025. Livefields promises a weekend filled with great live music, affordable drinks, and a family-friendly atmosphere, making it the perfect festival for music lovers of all ages.

Founded in 2019, Livefields Festival has grown exponentially, becoming the go-to event for West Yorkshire and beyond. Meet the Antarctic Monkeys... The longest serving and without doubt, the BEST tribute and the UK's Number One band to the Arctic Monkeys bar none!

Originally formed in 2001, the band performed original songs under the band names of 'The Ryde' and then 'The Empires' in and around the West Midlands. Looking to build more of a following the lads came upon the idea of performing as a covers band and using their original band to support themselves to play to larger audiences.

This idea coincided with the release of Arctic Monkeys debut album 'Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not' and following a jamming session of ' I Bet That You Look Good On The Dancefloor', the Antarctic Monkeys were formed!

Since that day the band has gone from strength to strength and never looked back. Headlining the Biggest Tribute festivals, achieving their very own annual tour of the O2 Academy venues nationwide as well as touring internationally in Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Holland, Dubai, Sicily and most recently a country wide tour of Australia. With sold out shows becoming a common occurrence, the demand for the Antarctic Monkeys is now greater than ever!

In 1995 Mark Rodway appeared on ITV’s “Stars In Their Eyes” (and again for the 1995 Christmas Special) as Erasure’s Andy Bell, to universal acclaim.

He met Pete Faint in 1996 and the pair began writing original material together and at the same time launched Erasured, with which they toured the circuit for over ten years before disbanding.

Then in 2018 Mark was invited to recreate the recent arena gigs Robbie Williams had done with Erasure. He agreed to do the gig as a ‘one off’ for nostalgia’s sake. The show was a huge success and they again found their passion for Erasure music, and started touring again, with new technology and new outfits!
