Hi everyone!

As we know councillor John Lawson has managed to secure a Christmas Tree to be put up in our community, however we still need your help with this.

Myself and my team at the Coop have been working with John on how to come up with a solution to get us a community tree and we’ve agreed to do some fundraising to help support the cost of securing the tree and set up. Our target is £300 and if we manage to surpass our target this goes straight into a pot for securing a Christmas tree again for 2025.

It would be great to get the communities support on this, we have set up a gofundme page and will also have donation boxes in store for collections.

Thankyou in advance for any support giving to our community Christmas tree 🎄✨

Once again another fantastic bonfire and firework display at Scholes cricket and athletic club. Thank you to everyone that came and joined us. HUGE HUGE thank you to all the volunteers and committee members who make events like this possible. Thank you 🎆🔥🎆
