The Walton Park Hotel is a busy hotel with bar, restaurant and extensive conference and banqueting faciltites, situated in an idylic location.

We are looking for a full and part time Front of House Assistants. The role is based on the needs of the business, it requires you to work weekends as well as evenings. The role does require you to have a positive and can-do attitude. Our Front of House Assistants are heart of the hotel, offering first class customer service, as well as answering any enquiries.

Duties will consist of:

Restaurant and bar service

Offering high level of customer service

Offering a warm welcome and answering any questions our guest may have

Supporting other team members in the delivery of the hotel food and beverage service

The role offers:

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a genuine passion for customer service and enjoy working as part of a team. You will need a good understanding of the English language and be able to understand and communicate clearly with your colleagues and customers. You can expect full training in our new front office system.

The Walton Park Hotel are looking for a Housekeeper/Room Attendant to join our team. The role is a hands on role and will be expected to clean rooms on a daily basis with the rest of the team and work alongside the Head Housekeeper to ensure the department runs smoothly.

Duties include:

Cleaning rooms on a daily basis to the set standards
Implementing, improving and maintaining standards
Managing the cleaning time per room
Working with other departments to ensure all areas of the hotel, restaurant & bar are clean at all times.

We are a 45 bedroom hotel with a busy food & beverage and function operation, the role will be 5 days from 7 and will include regular weekend, although once the team is fully trained this may be able to be put on a rota basis. Main hours of work would be between 9.00 – 15:00 dependent on business requirements, however other times to fit school hours or other personal situations will be considered. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential, as training will be given to the right candidate.
