Bonsoir everyone

I am a little bit late but I wish to you all a HAPPY NEW YEAR. Another year of Chouxfayre thanks to you all for being supportive and even encouraging in 2024. It has been a different year expecially with weddings. Supplying brides and grooms at Taunton, Preston mill ( Bath ) and Stroud ( twice), including 180 profiteroles croquembouche, giant mille feuilles, a large amount of éclairs and entremets like black forest gateaux, tiramisu etc....
It was a delight to make all these cakes for their special day and I wish all of them a lot of years of happiness.
But partnerships are the best. So many business are using local business like mine to bring fresh goodness to you as you pass their front door.
HOW AMAZING. Well you take care all of yourself

Clovis bakes from his kitchen at home in Clevedon. He supplies local restaurant and café group Tiffin with scones and desserts.
