We'll have a whole range of amazing wedding suppliers exhibiting and mouth watering canapes being served by

The Main Barn, Ceremony Room and Round Wood will be dressed to impress by and , our accommodation will be open for you to peruse over and our fabulous team of wedding co-ordinators will be on hand to answer any questions.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Wedding & Events Co-ordinator to join our team.

We are on the lookout for an organised, hard working, self-motivated individual who has excellent inter-personal skills. The position will include a number of varied tasks, including general day to day jobs.

- Previous experience working as an Events Co-ordinator preferred, but not essential.
- Flexible full time position (will include some weekend work)
- Start Date March 2025
- Maternity cover until December 2025.

❄️ Our gorgeous venue will be fully dressed with a winter theme in mind.
🍂 There will be a selection of super talented suppliers showcasing their wonderful work and our Hobbit Hill staff will be on hand to answer any questions.
🥧 D'vine Catering will be serving up some delicious canapés for you to sample.

"Just want to say a huge thanks to all of you for making our day so special. Right from the word go you have been so helpful and we are so grateful. I don’t think we ever went more than 24 hours without a reply to an email and you have all been so welcoming each and every time we have visited - you were also so accommodating when we wanted to come back and see the venue and measure things and check our decorations etc looked right.

All the guys that were working on the day were second to none, the service was honestly incredible and we can’t thank you enough. One staff member even let my cousins wife into the ceremony room in the evening because their baby was crying and then brought them some pizza. You were all fantastic and we didn’t think about anything on the day, everything was taken care of and ran so smoothly."

It is absolutely beautiful and the day was everything we could have imagined and more! Also want to thank Becky who helped run the day, when our DJ was late, Becky was so helpful in getting Fraser's surprises ready for the speeches! A beautiful day filming at the stunning Hobbit Hill wedding venue yesterday. Awesome to work with the superbly talented Claire of the It's awesome when photographers and videographers work in unison to capture the very best footage for the couple and can't wait to work with Claire again very soon :)
