Lovely time at the Core Pro Audio show with the team from A-Live Sound LTD yesterday.
Some great new products from many brands but the Sennheiser Spetera and the ALLEN & HEATH SQ rack caught the eye as game changers.

That's a wrap on 2024's New World Glasgow club nights at Platform Glasgow.
Thanks to Blair Martin for the production job and the team at Platform for having us. Big up all the DJs, Dancers, and promoters for some seriously great nights and already looking forward to 2025s edition.

As 2024 draws to a close we would like to thank all our lovely customers, promoters, touring clients, dancers, local crew, freelancers, production/stage managers, musicians, bands, DJ's and the manufactures of our gear that have made 2024 such an amazing bumper year.

But most of all thanks to the people that make it happen, our amazing staff. Who make good things happen with no fuss and maximum impact. We do weird well.

2025 is already looking like a bumper year, so if you need sexy audio systems run by dedicated smart people. Give us a shout for your festival, gig, club, install art show, and we can start 2025 with some new friends and clients.

Glasgow's newest pair of restaurants get the install treatment from A-Live.
Margo's and 's in Miller Street in Glasgow are the brainchild of the good people behind Ka Pao and Ox and Finch.
Upstairs in Margo its a blend of 7 Sound XR4 and XB88 subs, and downstairs in Sebb's where the DJs get let loose there are a bespoke pair of Danley Sound Labs Sharc Fin SF1 finished in bare wood with a touch of umber stain to chime with the brand colours.
Matrix and control for 3 floors comes from ALLEN & HEATH AHM16.

Back at New World Glasgow for the last few weeks with the mighty Slam all night long and the Stack City Raves team.
Being the flexible team we are, this run of events can be configured in the round or the stage down one end with the minimum of fuss and quickly.

Stellar line up for this seasons winter clubs at Platform which A-Live are providing audio for.
Not the easiest space to manage but with a distributed system design and the BC subs directivity it helps a lot.
Full system across 3 arches from Danley Distribution consists of 10x SH95HO, 8x BC215, 2x SH96HO, 2x BC415, and DJ monitors with Th115 and SH46.
All driven via a touch screen ALLEN & HEATH D live desk and via Danley Sound Labs DNA20K pro amps.

Fun in the sun last week FLY Open Air in Edinburgh's Princes Street Gardens.
The event is on the main street in the city, so we needed to get crafty to keep good levels on the dancefloor and not on the shopping street above.
With bass frequencies being the main issue we decided to add some Danley Sound Labs BC218 subs behind the front of house position, time align and EQ them to match the output from the main sub array then knock them out of phase and cancel the sub coming from the dance floor on to the main street.
This kept the authorities happy and the dancers.
