For BOTH season pass and 'multi crossing' ticket holders, ANPR is not operational!​
you must use either your season pass or your multi-crossing ticket to pass the barrier.
Unfortunately a mandatory security patch and firmware upgrade for some hardware has meant the there is no link between our kiosk software and the two ANPR cameras. Our developers will be working with us to ensure that ANPR is back running as soon as we can.

As of 31st May 2024 we will no longer offer season passes unless you live or work in either Clifford or Whitney-on-Wye. We will continue to honour ALL existing Season passes as long as they continue to be fully paid up by their due date. Lapsing seasons passes will not be renewed unless the vehicle....

Puddle Ducks Preschool is an independently run setting situated in Talgarth within the grounds of Ysgol Y Myndd Du.

The Preschool, owned by Dawn Harris, has been operating for 12+ years and has proudly seen many little ducklings fly the nest into school.
The fully equipped setting offering both Indoor and outdoor play space is run by Dawn and her friendly, fun staff team of 6.
Dawn and the ladies welcome you to come and visit the setting prior to your little duckling joining the flock.
