RETURNS POLICY
Non seasonal goods must be returned within 7 days for exchange or refund. There are no refunds on Seasonal goods and Costumes, they can be returned for an exchange or credit note only, within 48hrs of purchase. We do not accept returns on any unwanted under garments. All returns must be unused, in original packaging and in a re-sellable condition, along with proof of purchase. Shoul

d one of our balloons be faulty or go down within 48hrs, you may return it to be repaired/reinflated as 1st option and replaced as 2nd option. This does not apply to balloons that burst, we will replace these at 50% of the cost if returned within 48hrs.

A big thank you to everyone who has kept us busy over the last few weeks with Prom and Graduation balloons. We always have space for orders and it's never to early to book, our dairy is open for the full year. No matter the occasion we can design an arrangement to suit.

We can only take orders in-store or over the phone so please contact us to book in. The class of 2024 are about to make that change to high school 😭 we can help make it a little bit special 🌟🎈
