Today’s Lunch. Vegetable curry packed full of healthy nutritious veg ( Aubergine, courgette, peppers,onions, sweet potato ) , chickpeas , coconut milk , fresh garlic & ginger and a wee smidge of mild curry powder. Blended into a smoother sauce and served with basmati rice.
