So last night wasn’t our night sadly… but I want to thank every Single one of our couples who took the time to nominate us… We don’t do what we do to win awards we do it because we love it!

This year we have worked with some Incredible couples and being nominated for best stationer was such a lovely way to be acknowledged for the work we have done.

We are so excited to be back at this weekend. We have been a little quiet on here the last month or so and that is pureply because you all are keeping up soo busy.

We still have availability left for the end of this year and limited availability next year and our diary is open for 2026 so stop by our stand this weekend to see a huge selection of our work and some beautiful new product launches!

Table plans are such an important part of your reception! Without this chaos can erupt when people don’t know where they are sitting!

But just because they have an important job to do doesn’t mean they can’t still be beautiful and eye catching…This is where we brought in the literary theme into the design for Catherine and Dillon by making the back drop be an open book!

One side featured a quote from their favourite love story and the other side showed all of their different tables as the “Chapters” all these little details really brought this to life! 🤍

This one was for Catherine & Dillon who were honestly one of my favourite couples to work with. They came to our studio my my perfect brief something romantic, moody and Scottish with rich purple and green tones with a hint of literary magic intertwined! When should you start to think about your stationery?Save The Dates - Are sent out around 12 months before your big day....

When should you start to think about your stationery?

Save The Dates - Are sent out around 12 months before your big day. However, if you are having a destination wedding we recommend sending these out even earlier 12-18 months before your date to give your guests plenty of notice for booking flights etc…

Day Invitations - Should be sent out 6 months prior to your date giving your guests plenty of notice about your day. We recommend asking for your RSVP replies back no later than 2 months before your date.

Evening Invitations - We recommend sending these out 5 months prior to your date after you have sent your day invitations. Sending your evening invitations out a month after your day, gives you the opportunity to move an evening guest to a full day guest if you get any cancellations without making the guest feel like they are a second choice!

On The Day Stationery - Once you have received all of your replies and have a finalised confirmed guest list we recommend organising your On the Day items of Stationery. Details for table plans and place names MUST be made available to us no later than 6 weeks prior to the date of your wedding in order for us to guarantee we can design and manufacture in time.

Thank you Cards - Once your day is over we recommend organising your thank you cards to go out about a month after your big day to thank you guests!

Top tip! Make sure when ordering how many invitations you need you allow for a spare copy for yourselves as a keepsake, ...

Make sure when ordering how many invitations you need you allow for a spare copy for yourselves as a keepsake, couples sometimes forget that keeping a copy for the morning of your wedding to have your photographer capture with all your special details can be a beautiful shot to have!

The biggest mistake couples make when enquiring about stationery is thinking they need one invite per person not one per household! You may be having a 100 guests but that only means you need about 50/60 invitations. Getting this calculation wrong in the beginning can cause a lot of worry when it comes to budget… But don’t stress - when you work with a stationer we keep you right with all the little details like this!

We want you to be able to work out the cost of your stationery without the worry of hidden costs. To help with this we have created simple straightforward price lists so you can easily work out costs and know straight away if we are within your budget or not.

Our Price List includes all of our available products. The only additional fees to the prices you see below are postage and packaging costs and our £150 Design fee.  DM us now “Price List” to get your copy!

Over the last 5 years we have now done over 250 weddings and can honestly say we are so proud of how far we have come and excited to see where we go next.
