For summer months, I generally book up around 12-18 months in advance, so its never too early to secure your date.

My 2024 diary is just about full, I only have a hand full of spaces in late November/beginning of December.

My 2025 diary is also filling up very fast....

"Aileen made our absolute showstopper of a wedding cake and it was everything we've ever hoped for. We love all things sweet so having an amazing cake was important to us and Aileen totally pulled it out the bag. I had made a very rough sketch of what I had in mind for the cake and Aileen brought it to life and made it ever better than I imagined. More amazing feedback received this week from Danielle & Darren... this is a long one! 😍

"Wow! Where do I start with this one. Aileen was superb! We booked our date without having tasted her samples, purely going off reviews. She then sent us samples and our gorgeous wee dog decided to get to them before we did 🤣 but we were already committed so we just took it in our stride, we chose our cake and just went with it. We then had a consultation with Aileen a few months before the wedding and ended up changing what we wanted for our wedding cake, and she was so great about it. She asked if we enjoyed our samples and we told her the story, and to our surprise, a few days later another box of samples were delivered, how generous 😍 After tasting these, we then made more changes to our cake (sorry Aileen) and were so happy we had chosen then company. A couple of days before our wedding I realised our colour scheme had changed since our consultation and we messaged to ask if the font colour could be changed and again it was no problem at all. When we saw our cake, the only words I have were WOW! Oh, and it tasted soooo good! Thanks, Aileen.

My diary is firmly closed until mid November, I just can’t physically fit anyone else in.

They married on Saturday at the gorgeous in Glasgow.

They chose a three tier, buttercream cake, with a mixture of textures and plenty of macarons!
