As we step into 2024, amidst the sea of 2023 retrospectives and positivity guides, I find solace in a simple mantra: be more Bunty...

Bunty, my 6-year-old Schnoodle, reminds me to:

* Embrace exercise with joy.

* Cherish the importance of a good night's sleep.

* Nourish the body with wholesome food.

* Treat ourselves daily (as seen in the photo).

* Strive to do our best.

* Find happiness in connections, even if it means ignoring some along the way.
