Sophie, my wonderful bride, told me she loved dahlias. While I knew they were in season, I didn’t fully promise them. In the end, though, she got exactly what she wanted—gorgeous dahlias (including the dreamy cafe au lait variety) and a surprise of some stunning peach cosmos I’d never seen before!

Of course, every bouquet is unique, so prices can vary depending on things like the time of year, flower choices, sizes, and styles. But hopefully, this gives you a helpful starting point!

Emma & Joe's new years eve wedding at
A relatively simple decor consisting solely of bud vases and candlesticks (to give a twinkly light effect at night-time), but it was important to use the bud vases for the ceremony somehow first. Most of the bud vases were destined for the windowsills, but with a xmas garland already in place, it was decided to create a meadow style cluster at the entrance to the aisle instead.

We stayed after the ceremony and moved everything to their intended place on the guest tables.

As always, I'm not one for hiding prices, so in my mission to give more pricing transparency, I'm giving Tall Centrepieces their turn! Tall centrepieces are a great statement design for your guest tables and to give that more traditional wedding breakfast room look. Going tall means your guests can still see each other over the table. My suggestion would be to combine some low centrepieces also on every other table as it gives the room a better visual flow and interest. You're going to need a bigger design on your tall centrepieces to create any impact so typically you'd be looking at a price range of £150 to £350 per centrepiece, this of course depends on style, size, foliage vs flower ratio, flower varieties etc! My favourite setup style at @houchinsweddings featuring long trestle tables. Bud vases are made for this look, and the pop of colour always suits Houchins so well. Big congrats to Hannah & Andy. For this look, we used a total of 33 bud vases along the 3 tables. The long and low design used on the ceremony table was then moved to the top table along with the bridesmaids' bouquets.
