What a brilliant first day at the The Colchester Food and Drink Festival! Weve had such a fantastic Saturday serving in Castle Park to new customers and old! It's a shame we sold out and had to close a little early but we'll be back tomorrow ready for another fun day of serving some smoked deliciousness for all those who didn't get round too trying the taste of authentic american bbq🍴🔥

We've been busy, preparing for the The Colchester Food and Drink Festival! Weve been working so hard and are super excited that we're now only a day away from serving some delicious food to some happy faces!🍴just a little sneaky peak at our newest addition to the menu- the loaded baked potato salad! 🤩🤤 p.s it taste even better than it looks.👌

Starting this Saturday 9th apr you can find us at out new pitch at the prettygate pub in lexden. The Cmns, Colchester CO3 4NW
Well be open every Saturday 1pm-8pm through the season. We are so exited and can't wait to see you there. Would just like to say a huge thankyou to the landlady Lisa for making this a possibility to bring great authentic low and slow bbq food to Colchester
