Dear stallholders ... All 2025 events are now over 50% booked (some 75%), if you are looking to apply, please do it sooner rather than later (booking forms here - https://county-events.co.uk/events/) . Many categories are already filled and we are having to turn down applications and place people on waiting lists. We would love to work with all of you, but as you know, our events work well because we do not accept the money from every application we recieve and would much rather focus on a high level of variety for our attendees whilst also giving our stall holders a fair level of competition. Apologies to those businesses we have been unable to accept for 2025, including quite a few repeat customers. The success of our events is both a positive and a negative, in that we recieve so many applications but also have to disappoint many. Please understand we are always looking to add new events, at new locations as we continue to grow in the years ahead and we will try to work with more of you in future.
For now though, if you have not yet applied for our 2025 events, there are a few spaces left across most categories, so please email over the forms and we can allocate the remaining positions. For those stall holders currently "pending" we have not forgotten about you and will be replying shortly.

There is only ONE more week to go until the 'Ultimate Christmas Shopping Experience in Suffolk' returns to Hintlesham Hall from Friday 22nd – Sunday 24th November. Tickets are selling fast for the Suffolk County Christmas Fair 2024 with some entry timeslots already full, so don’t miss out! Remember, there will be no tickets sold on the gate, all tickets must be pre-booked. ONSITE PARKING - If you are booking your tickets this weekend there is a chance you may still be able to snap up onsite parking as we currently have a number of arrival timeslots with availability, although remaining tickets in each timeslot are extremely limited, so be quick! These will sell out before the event. ONSITE PARKING (Late arrival) - Don't forget that parking is free if arriving 2 hours before the end of show (but still needs to be pre-booked). We think this is the most magical time of the fair when the crowds have subsided and the twinkling lights really shine! Entertainment still goes on into the last hour of the event, so nobody misses out. IPSWICH PARK & RIDE & HADLEIGH SHUTTLE BUSES - Arrival timeslots are filling up fast for the FREE shuttle services.
