✨It’s the most wonderful time of the year✨

I’m here with a little early LPE Christmas gift this week: some top wedding day tips!

✨ Breakfast- Make sure to fuel yourself with a good breakfast and lots of water on the morning of your wedding. Those pre wedding nerves might not make you feel like you can…but I promise you’ll thank me later!

✨Be Present- My past brides and grooms will agree…the day goes SO quick! Be as present as you can, forget any worries you have and just enjoy every moment of your special day.

✨ Take 30 minutes out after the ceremony (during the cocktail reception is usually best) for just you and your new husband/wife. As I said, the day goes by in a flash, so make sure you have a few moments alone to soak up the happiness of the day and have some photos together…before you get caught up in chatting with guests.

TEAM LPE✨

Not your usual team photos but a couple of my favourites from our shoot with back in the spring.

After a busy summer together as a wedding planning duo, I felt it’s time to properly introduce Matt!

Matt is my partner is crime, life and now business! He helps to keep things running smoothly throughout the wedding day, and has been by my side through each wedding this summer.

I feel super lucky to work with my best friend and have such amazing support and assistance on every job I do.

Matt is also on emails here and there if I’m out of office. We really can be in two places at once when working together which is great on wedding days!

Light and Airy ✨

There are so many styles of photography out there, that it can be overwhelming deciding who to pick for your big day. Personally, I love a light and airy editing style like this gorgeous image by LONDON PHOTOGRAPHER]

One thing I suggest to my couples is Pinterest…yep! Good ol’ Pinterest is going to be your best friend during the planning process. You can see a range of photography styles on there that might help you narrow down what you’re looking for.

During the planning process with me, I always recommend a variety of photographers who all have different styles. Browsing through Instagram portfolios will always show off their styles and talent too! Usually, couples are drawn to a particular style based on their venue and theme/style of wedding.

2021 wedding season= completed ✨

What an absolutely amazing year it has been for us at Lauren Pedge Events. We have laughed at every speech and cried at every first look with you. It really has been a sensational year.

As we wrap up on these gorgeous weddings, we are working SO hard on our 2022 weddings and the initial stages for our 2023 couples.
