Just a reminder that applications are open for M2TM Essex. Fancy a shot a playing the hallowed New Blood Stage at a sold out Bloodstock 2025? Ping your updated EPK to [email protected] and tell us why your band should be joining the line up. Previous reps for Essex include Forged In Black, Goat Monsoon , Beyond Extinction , EXISTENTIALIST and Reverent Son . We have also had wildcards picked up in the guise of Collected (Knocked For Six). We also take pride in Ghosts Of Atlantis, Elimination and all of the East Anglian bands that have graced the stages of Bloodstock Festival. Heats start in March 2025 with the Grand Final in June. Come on Essex!!! Let's be havin' ya!!!!

Want to play a sold out BLOODSTOCK on the New Blood stage?!

The phenomenally successful BLOODSTOCK METAL 2 THE MASSES (OFFICIAL) scheme is back and bigger than ever with 31 regions.

If you’re in a self-released or unsigned band and want to try out for a slot on the BLOODSTOCK bill, get in touch with the region nearest to you and get yourselves involved! After a series of heats, one winner from each region will secure themselves a slot on the New Blood stage, in conjunction with sponsor Timothy Taylor's Brewery (some of the very best runners-up may also get lucky, space permitting!)

Reyt peeps!!! Let's go!!! Usually I wait till Samhain to launch the applications, but if you are ready to go let's be having your EPKs to [email protected].
Make sure they have all your latest exploits and links. Also will need any dates that come up that the band cannot do due to prior engagements. I try to accommodate as much as possible, but can only do this if I have plenty of notice. Also for posters and any other stuff I need to put out to advertise an awesome up to date file for your band logo!!! Applications will be open until Yül Eve. I will acknowledge your emails, but won't be going through the applications until Boxing Day. All successful applications will be put into the draw for heats, which if you've seen this before is normally me on the black stuff with ping pong balls. 🥴😂 Anyroad 2025 is looking to be another awesome year. Headliners for semi finals and final are locked in and all dates a booked and ready to go.
All we need now is you the bands.
There can be only one, but it could be you joining a line up that includes Trivium, Machinehead, Gojira and more....!!!

Catching Arms To Oblivion at Three Wise Monkeys Colchester tonight. Neanderthal played an awesome set amongst tech difficulties. Pleased with my nights viewing. Kebab next up!!!
