A huge thank you to everyone who came to our first Christmas event tonight! We do have a few sweetie cones left, if anyone is doing an event and would like them for very cheap, please get in touch!

TOMORROW! We are looking forward to seeing you all to celebrate the start of Christmas in the village and our first ever village Christmas tree!

Sunday 1st December, 5-7pm at the Village Hall

✨ carols 🎵
✨ Christmas tree light switch on 🎄
✨ mulled cider 🍺
✨ hot chocolate ☕️
✨ mince pies 🥧
✨ seasonal wreaths 🌺
✨ pizza 🍕
✨ crafts, bracelets and scrunchies to buy
✨ hot dogs 🌭
✨ don’t forget your decoration to hang on the tree!

🎅🏼 come together as a community to celebrate the start of Christmas in the village 🎅🏼

🎅🏼 A reminder that the village hall car park is only available to those who cannot walk to the event - we encourage you to walk wherever possible. The event is aimed at those living in Great Horkesley so hopefully most people will be able to walk 🎅🏼

Please save the date for…

🎵🎄Great Horkesley Christmas Lights & Carols🎄🎵

The village’s first ever Christmas Tree (provided by Great Horkesley Parish Council) will have its lights switched on, so join us for some carols, mince pies and hot chocolate.

The event is aimed at those who live in the village or are associated with village groups and we invite everyone to bring along a (waterproof!) decoration of their own to hang on the tree 🎄

Oh wow, this is getting very close now! We are working so hard on making this an amazing event for our village… and we’re here with our biggest update yet….

‼️ kids’ wristbands are officially now on sale‼️

Great Horkesley Summer Fayre is FREE ENTRY for all, but wristbands get you unlimited goes on all of the main kids stuff. They are £5 in advance or £7 on the day, so don’t miss out on the EARLY BIRD price!

Wristbands include unlimited:
☀️ Inflatable/fairground ride turns
☀️ face paint / glitter tattoo
☀️ crossbar challenge with JBFC Football
☀️ petting farm access

Other stalls and attractions will be on a pay as you go basis.
