We are back!

After a couple of months break we are back at this Sunday for the Songwriters Circle. We will be there from 12-2. Come along a join in, share a song you have written and get some feedback from your peers.

This will be the last time we're doing this on a Sunday.

From April we will switch to Saturday. This works better for both myself and the arts centre. If you have wanted to come in the past but haven't been able to perhaps this will work for you? :)

There we have it. The last songwriters circle of the year. Huge thanks to everyone who has come along to these since we started in March.

We will take a break for January and be back the first Sunday of February.

See you all next year!

Hey everyone. I've been having a think about the songwriters circle in Colchester and have decided it is best to cancel this for the rest of the year. The one planned for the 21st of Nov will not take place and there will not be one in dec. I will look to revisit this next year. Likely in a slightly different guise.

Sudbury will remain on the first Sunday of each month except for an already scheduled break in Jan.

The next prompt for Sudbury is 'Probe'. So many options for this one. It doesn't have to be about aliens! 😅

The next session will be on Sunday 1st of December. We will then be taking a break for Jan and will return in Feb.

A lovely afternoon at for the Songwriters Circle.

The emotional support chickens now have dragon wings. The Songwriters circle is being advertised on a TV and a newcomer to the circle drew a caricature of me. All in all, a great day.

Oh, and I bought a new guitar on the way home.

Really excited to announce this!

On the 12th of October Panama City Duo and Armoured Man will be performing at Queen St Brewhouse!

I may be slightly biased as one half of Panama City but this is going to be a great night of music. Armoured Man are one of my favourite bands and it's been a while since they performed at the brewhouse so be sure to come down!
