Wednesday's Dish - Traditional Beef Casserole. Slow cooked Shin of Beef for tender super yummy dish - I confess I add a little red wine which enhances the flavour!!
This is a really scrummy 'stew'😋!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR MERSEA!!🎉

Lemon & Rosemary Chicken being served this Saturday!
Skinless Chicken breast, marinated overnight in olive oil, rosemary & lemon juice🍋, then 'roasted' with mixed winter vegetables. Served with a simple lemon sauce (or not, can be omitted & you add you own preferred gravy 😊).

It's gluten free & dairy free😊

After all that (lovely) rich Christmas food, this is a simple but delicious palate cleansing delight!!
So, if you're slightly reeling from whirl that Christmas catering & entertaining brings, treat yourself to Saturday night off and let Lesley prepare this dish for you!

Kitchen closed today till Saturday 4th January. I'll post January Menu soon - it's all ready but you'll be busy cooking your own delicious Christmas menus!!

Need food for tonight - or can have ready for tomorrow or Friday?? It's Wednesday in LesleyAnn's Kitchen - ready for action, & last one before Christmas! & happy to deliver free on the Island!!
Sausages are 90% British Pork, Cumberland sausages, with their gentle but distinct mix of pepper, spices & herbs. Wrapped in unsmoked streaky bacon then baked. Served with a roast pepper & red pepper tomatoe sauce. & its Gluten Free! You just add your choice of vegetables. Goes very well with MASH or baked potatoes!!😋😋
