Wedding & Events Admin Coordinator – Join Our Team!
Hours: 12 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Location: The Wedding Room Showroom, Coleraine Town Centre
Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer care? The Wedding Room is seeking an Admin Coordinator to support our team and ensure a seamless experience for our couples.
What You’ll Do:
• Respond to emails and enquiries with warmth and professionalism.
• Track and manage new enquiries, bookings, and client communications.
• Liaise with couples to answer questions and provide support during their planning journey.
• Assist with general admin duties and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in an administrative or customer care role that involves handling enquiries and managing communications.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Someone who thrives in a structured environment but also brings creativity and new ideas to elevate our service.
• Confidence in handling emails and tracking client interactions
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an organised setting but is also eager to contribute their skills and initiative to enhance how we deliver a high-quality experience for our couples.

Florist & Event Stylist – Join Our Creative Team!
Location: Coleraine
Job Type: Part Time with additional hour at seasonal peak times.
The Wedding Room is looking for a qualified and experienced florist to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in floristry who wants to take their skills into the world of wedding and event styling. You’ll have the opportunity to work on both small and large-scale designs, bringing your creativity to life while fulfilling the visions of our couples.
What We’re Looking For:
• A qualified florist with experience in floral design (fresh or faux).
• Creativity and a hands-on approach to styling floral arrangements, from intimate setups to large-scale installations.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality presentation.
• Must be local to Coleraine and able to travel for event setups.
This role offers the chance to create unique designs, work with luxury faux florals, and be part of a team that transforms spaces into stunning wedding and event settings.
