What a fabulous night on Thursday as the guys celebrated the end of their KS4 education at the fabulous The Craiglands Hotel, Ilkley. Never have we had a 5 minute highlight reel until now and there are so many more images to come in the final edit!

In my spare time I not only photograph football but enjoy playing and last Friday, the club I play for, Rosegrove Football Club, had a race night but started it off with a bit of a different twist so club chairman Michael Cain asked if I'd pop over and capture it! This was the result!

This is an amazing Butter Chicken that I make regularly. Probably not as healthy as it could be due to the amount of butter & cream in it but 's certainly not as expensive as ordering in.
I'd love to share the recipe with you but I've been asked to collaborate with Loop Publishing Ltd's @northernlifemag for an article in January with some ideas for money-saving meals & of course showcasing Milk & Honey Food Photography so you'll just have to wait for the time being ๐
