Fringed tulip ‘Indiana’ is a must for a Valentines bouquet. Bright red and grown exclusively for Valentine’s Day these will be arriving ‘just picked’ in time for Valentines!
I’ll be bunching into 10’s,20’s & 50 in a hessian wrap finished with a red ribbon and a cute wooden heart tag.

A little early perhaps but 1 month today is Valentine’s Day. I’m not the biggest fan of the whole commercial side if I’m honest but it is an opportunity to spread some love and happiness and we all love a nice gesture. I’m offering ‘hand tied bouquets’, flower jars, hessian wrapped bunches of tulips and flower boxes (in water). I am preordering all my flowers so if you would like to order please don’t leave it too late. ♥️X

Tonight’s -13 forecast 🥶is throwing me right back to October when warm colours and candlelight gave cosy vibes. Autumn was definitely in full colour for Jade and Danny last year.

Who else can’t wait for Spring to arrive? Now that Christmas has gone I’m so over Winter and this cold weather.

Happy New Year! Thought I’d better jump back on the socials after a week off and some family down time. Well that’s it! My last wedding for this year is now complete, and what a flippin year it’s been. My busiest to date with 30 weddings, a royal posy, freelancing for The UK Florist of the year Massie and being nominated for North West Wedding Awards. I’ll share some highlights from this past year over the next day or two but for now I’m going to end this year on a festive note with Mollys gorgeous red wedding bouquet.

My penultimate wedding of 2024 yesterday and what a belter it was. Molly and Jamie wanted a festive wedding and I was happy to oblige. The venue was dressed with Winter whites and twinkling candles and Mollys bouquet featured red roses along with Jamie’s buttonhole and the couples dog ‘Oslo’ who had a collar dressed with red roses.’. Always a pleasure to be flowering at the beautiful where a pair of Christmas trees dressed the end of the aisle to nail the festive theme perfectly.

Well that’s a wrap for Christmas BUT I still have two beautiful weddings to flower before the end of this year which I’m super excited about, so 2024 is not quite over yet. For this afternoon though, a bit of last minute wrapping and a catch up on Gavin & Stacey might be the order of the day. To everyone who has supported my small business in some way this year, it really never ceases to amaze me how busy you keep me, so a huge heartfelt thank you to all of you and here’s wishing you all a very Merry Christmas - Marie x

It’s that time of year where I can no longer feel my fingers and I’m working round the clock, but I’m forever grateful for how busy I am. It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at FbM HQ. If you’ve got a wreath coming your way they’re looking extra pretty this year.

We’ve had so many beautiful wreaths over the last week. Thank you to everybody who has booked on. I hope you’ve all had an amazingly relaxing start into the festive season. Sorry to those of you who I’ve missed catching on a photo although photos never really do justice. Thank you to the for providing the most gorgeous setting for us and for being fantastic hosts. We’re done for this weekend now but will return Tuesday evening. If you’ve enjoyed the sessions please do tag me in your photos, it’s always great to see your feedback. Loading the van with fresh wedding florals in the midst of storm Bert early yesterday was a challenge. Slipping in the sleet carrying large table centrepieces, gusty winds snapping delphiniums and a van that became a sledge at one point were a few of them. I may have looked slightly worse for wear when I turned up 😂🥶 but thankfully the flowers were non the worse in the end .
Wising Emma and Dan the happiest of marriages… you’ve been an absolute dream to work with and I hope you both had an amazing day despite Bert’s best efforts - congratulations 🤍###x

Our first wreath making session is just a week away! We’re kicking off the festive season next Tuesday evening at 7pm and there’s still availability if you haven’t yet booked on!

We’re bringing all the festive vibes in the cosy, heated tipi at The Forest at Fence, where you can design and decorate your own Christmas wreath, completely from scratch.

We’ll include all materials and guidance, for you to relax into hand crafting your wreath along with a welcome glass of festive fizz and hot pizza! You just need to bring a pair of secateurs.

Morning everyone - just thought I’d send a quick reminder as we’re now only 2 weeks away from the start of our wreath making workshops for this year. How is it mid November already 🙈. We have lots of sessions this year so do still have availability left on some dates. Dates are: 26th, 27th, 30th November and 3rd, 4th, 7th December. We will be outdoors this year in the new heated festive tipi at and we will have festive fizz along with pizza and some Christmas tunes to keep you all going. No experience required, you just need to bring a pair of secateurs and we will provide everything else! To book on just head to the website and ‘book a table’ for one of the above dates.

Now that wreath workshops are finished, here’s a little round up of from a few of the sessions. In total, over 60 of you got creative and handcrafted your very own masterpieces this year and we had some absolute beauties!
