Week one of our Branching Out session.today, the twelve week project enables the participants to work towards their John Muir Award and is a nature wellbeing program funded by Scottish Forestry. Today, we explored the beautiful grounds of Abercairney, learnt fire skills, cooked on the fire, and toasted some delicious marshmallows on the fire. You are never too old to enjoy marshmallows cooked on the fire. It's such a wonderful experience.

This is a great time to come and view our Steading accommodation which is included for 2 nights when booking your wedding with us. You can also take a walk through the woods to see our favourite ceremony locations and pop your head into one of our Nordic Katas.

I am super excited to be starting Mindfulness for Relaxation at Strathearn Arts on the 7th February at 6pm.
Mindfulness is a great way to relax the body and mind, support your wellbeing and improve your health.
These sessions we will be using guided meditations and visualisation practises to bring inner peace, calm and tranquility to our bodies.
January is a perfect time to start your mindfulness journey, allowing yourself time to rest, relax and nourish your body.
