-Double stacked 4oz Cheeseburgers.
-Grilled peri peri Chicken Burgers.
(All Burgers served in Brioche Buns with Tomato, Lettuce, pickled Onion & Gherkins)
-Bratwurst with fried onions
-Spatchcock Spring Chicken with your choice of seasoning:
(Rosemary, Lemon & Garlic - Nuno's Peri Peri - Salt and Pepper Chilli - BBQ seasoning.)
-8 hour slow cooked Pork Ribs with sticky BBQ glaze, £2.00 supplement.
-Chicken and Mediterranean Vegetable Skewers.
-Halloumi & Mediterranean Vegetable Skewers (V).
-Chilli and Garlic King Prawns,£2.00 supplement per person.
-Steak Bruschette (Skewer of Sirloin with garlic, salt and bay leaf) £3.00 supplement per person.
-Slow cooked Leg of Lamb with Harissa seasoning £3.00 supplement per person.

Please choose 3 main courses, 3 side dishes and 2 sauces to make your own BBQ menu.

Extra mains can be added for £5.00 per person and extra sides for £2.50 per person.

The price includes all produce, serving platters and equipment, BBQ kitchen setup and travel.

We understand that choosing the menu can be a difficult decision to make however from our many years of experience we offer a selection of the most popular dishes to tickle even the most discerning taste buds!
We do ask that you choose a set menu for your wedding breakfast, however obviously alternative menus are available for guests with special dietary requirements and for children requiring alternative menus.
