AVAILABILITY UPDATE **

After a super busy few weeks we’ve had time to update the diary, 2024 is looking pretty full now guys throughout wedding season. If you are still looking for catering for your event for 2024 please get in touch sooner rather than later.

ALSO, due to popular demand we have extended our 2023 season up to December. If you are getting married this year, get in touch! Whatever the weather! Please note- we don’t just cater for ‘outdoor’ weddings, aslong as your venue has a car park, we can pull up and sling some tasty pizzas for you and your guests all night long!

Hi Guys! Just checking in as we’ve been quiet on the social front as of late, here’s a quick snap we took yesterday attending a local school leavers event serving up our very popular pop pancakes! 🥞

We’ve been busy behind the scenes getting prepared for the school holidays that are fast approaching, and can’t wait to get out and about with the trailer this season to a handful of great venues!

A great turn out this evening yet again at Erw Glas Glamping serving up for the guests, as well as locals for take out. We’re finally unloaded and ready for some Zzz’s before an early start for an exciting and busy day tomorrow! 🥞 🥞

Our highlight of the evening is being told by one of our locals and hopefully a Flip & Slice regular, that our pizza is the best he’d ever tasted!

Hi , we have had a few messages about gluten free & other allergens .. 👀🥞🍕

We currently don’t offer gluten free pizza’s or pancakes because the size of the prep area and cross contamination would be hard with the one station and would have to make sure it’s 💯 free from different allergens.

But this is something we are looking into and looking at installing a separate prep station free from allergens like gluten / diary etc

If you need information about other allergens just ask or pop us a message !😄

Everyone should be able to enjoy food and not miss out 🍕
