By appointment at the Clovelly studio or Blacks Club Soho. I am registered with both Cornwall Council and HMRC. I have all my food hygiene certificates up to date. So you can be confident you are getting a professional service. PLEASE NOTE: I make all my cakes by hand, including the decorations. This takes time, that has to be charged for. A bespoke cake won't be cheap, but it will be wonderful.

Our Story

Hi! I’m Claire and I own and run Sweet Temptations. I make custom wedding and events cakes for discerning clients across the South West, London, and beyond. Based on the stunning coastline of the North Devon/Cornwall border. I’m blessed to have a home bakery near Bude, and a studio in breathtaking Clovelly. I now have a base in the beautiful Wedding Gallery in Marylebone, London, which I was invited to join. I am also a professional member of NAWP, the National Association of Wedding Professionals, which I was invited to join in 2017.

I’m here to take away your wedding cake stress. From the moment you get in touch I will be with you. I will talk you through the process, help you design your dream cake, carefully bake and create it, and deliver and set it up for you. All you have to do is relax and enjoy the process.

I love to make cakes that are a true reflection of my clients. If I had to describe my style it would be ‘high end with a twist.’ I love original, elegant cakes that combine beauty with fun and personality. So if that appeals to you, then get in touch.
