When booking a buffet please makesure the company has a hygiene certificate ad this is given to them on inspection on the premises and book keeping if they don't have this they are not a registered company and there for doing catering illegally therefore if anything goes wrong you will not be covered !
You will know if the person or Company is illegally trading bh looking on the food hygiene website where all companies are registered on there.
coseley catering has a 5 star food hygiene certificate also level 2 food hygiene and allergy awearness, fully registered and insured.
