Owned by Pershore Abbey until the 16th Century, Cowley Manor passed into the hands of the Brett family until one member squandered the family fortune and with it went Cowley Manor. The main house is not as old as it looks, although there has been a house on site for many centuries dating back to a mention in the Domesday Book. The buildings as they are today were built just over 100 years ago.

Cowley Manor is home to 31 bedrooms, a restaurant, cocktail bar and spa. Inside our main house are two private rooms that can be used as meeting spaces or private dining rooms. Our restaurant, bar and terrace can be booked for private events, birthdays, weddings, corporate events and everything in between.

Explore the gardens of Cowley Manor. Gently enveloped by meadows and pastures, with Italianate gardens at the heart. The original gardens date back to the 19th century when fertile soil was planted with ginkgo biloba, Atlas Blue cedar, grand Sequoias and later, cypresses.

Grab a pair of wellies and ramble through our grounds, listening to the voice of head gardener David Masters telling the story of our flora. For an extra special adventure, our team can book a walk with the Cotswold Alpacas, just at the egde of our property.

Experimental Cocktail Club, our cocktail bar, is tucked away next to our restaurant and is open all week long from 12 to 12. A gem hidden away in the heart of the British countryside. Our menu is a nod to our French roots, incorporating local products and herbs that we harvest in our own garden. An aperitif before dinner, a nightcap afterwards. There's always an excuse for a cocktail. 🍸🍸

It’s a true testament to Dom Hargreaves’s work in our kitchen and Jackson Boxer’s inimitable leadership at the helm. We couldn’t be prouder of our entire crew, serving beautiful food in the idylls of the British countryside. What an absolute honour. Thank you, Condé Nast Traveller!
