THE ROGUES RETURN.
After almost a year off, The Parcel of Rogues are rehearsing flat out for our comeback gig. Tullylish GAA dinner dance on the 23rd of November. It’s great to get back on the road.

A big night for the parish this Saturday when Clann Na Banna bring the Nooks to the parish centre, with DJ Connor Quinn. Fancy dress is optional and there are prizes for the best dressed, tickets going out fast, don’t miss out contact any committee member for tickets.

After a bit of negotiating and banter we are now pleased to announce the Parcel of Rogues are back under our previous management. Big thanks to the boys in the Nooks for giving us this wonderful opportunity to get back to what we love, making music for all you wonderful people. Thanks to Mary Ellen for asking us to play a part in your really lively drinks reception, good luck to the happy couple. That is the Rogues finished up for the year, thanks to all our weddings and venues for booking us this year. As most people know we have a few weddings in next year and then Chris and John from the Nooks are taking over the name and the management of the band. We know the band is in good hands. The Parcel of Rogues would like to announce that from today Chris Doran and John McCafferty from the Nooks will be taking over the band. This is a very strange feeling for me, I’m excited for the boys because I know they will take the band to a new level, I’m also gutted that it’s nearly over for me. To every venue, every musician and all the brilliant people I have had the pleasure of meeting over the last twenty years, thanks to you all. What a wonderful, fantastic journey we’ve had together, and I have to say the good times far outweigh the bad times. I’ve had the privilege of playing with some outstanding musicians in some of the best cities in the world, as I said many times I was “Living the dream” I have a handful of weddings to finish off with while the boys put a new band together so watch out on your social’s for details, good luck to John and Chris, and make sure yous “Tramp her on Rightly”

Building up to be a cracking Day/Night, if you need a ticket give me a shout..

To honour the memory of Paddy Simpson, a Charity Tractor Run has been organised by his friends and family. The event promises to be a heartening day for all ages, with kids' entertainment throughout the day and evening entertainment for the adults, including live music, disco, and more.

Mark your calendars for Sunday, May 7th, 2023, and be ready to start the day at 12:00 pm sharp from Glenn GFC, Barr Hill. The entry fee for each tractor is £10.00, and there will be plenty of entertainment for the kids, including face painting, ice cream vans, and more.

As the day progresses, the amazing Parcel Of Rogues will take the stage at 8:30 pm sharp in the social club, followed by the fantastic DJ Greener, who will keep the music going into the small hours. Tickets for the evening are priced at £15.00.

All proceeds from the day will go to PIPS Hope and Support, and we extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to the Byrne and Simpson families and friends for their kindness.
