Claire - “I’m not the sort of girl to sit and watch TikTok makeup tutorials, I’ve absolutely no clue about makeup”. After an hour and a half Claire definitely has a clue 🎉she knows how to go from a very natural glowy look to something more full on, look professional at work, make her makeup last all day for example as a wedding guest, be photographed for professional photos for work, how to do a sparkly eye or smokey eye at Christmas, do first date makeup 😜, what colours suit her, product/brand and brush information including unbiased brand and brush recommendations etc etc.

Lisa 💖I absolutely hate the saying “you look fantastic for your age” and we should just be saying “you look fantastic” but I absolutely can’t believe what age Lisa told me she is and how unbelievable she looked on Friday getting married. Stunning in caramel tones (MAC Hug Me lip), soft brown smokey eye and a touch of Clementine blush finished with MAC Give Me Sun bronzer (my all time favourite bronzer)

Lorna - another ex bank colleague of mine from my Northern Bank days in Lisburn. Lorna NEVER wears makeup so was way outside her comfort zone getting her makeup done. She looked fab going to her family’s friend’s wedding and hope she finds an excuse to come back and see me again. Great catching up over makeup rather than balancing journals!
Mother and daughter makeup lesson for Barbara and Sarah followed by outfit shopping for Barbara’s mother of the bride outfit. Sarah is getting married next July at Castle Leslie. Exciting year ahead for them. I worked with Barbara as a Personal Banker (financial adviser) many years ago in Ulster Bank - we also both worked in Northern Bank (before it became Danske). So much more fun doing all things makeup! 💄

Sarah - what a ray of sunshine on a miserable day! Sarah recently had a makeup lesson (maybe more her mum Lynn’s idea than hers 😜) but I think she enjoyed it and hopefully picked up a few tips. She left looking this beautiful, although totally beautiful anyway. If you would like a makeup lesson or think anyone you know needs one please don’t hesitate to get in touch. It also makes a great present and you can come by yourself or with someone (up to a maximum of 4 people to all leave with makeup done).

Melissa 💖 in the words of her friend Laura in a message to me “Melissa was a princess”. Just beautiful in every way. Melissa got LVL done so her lashes looked fantastic with just mascara. MAC lipstick in Syrup and Delilah foundation in Pebble. Her dad’s head though needed a bucket of concealer, powder and a slight bit of bronzer to over the big gash he gave himself at the polling station 🙈. All perfect in the end. Alex 💙 the most relaxed morning with these ladies in Moira. Alex is not a makeup wearer and really didn’t want very much of anything. She looked absolutely fantastic all done up in her gown. As did her mum Jean and bridesmaid Suzanne. Such a wonderful relaxed morning made better by Becky of doing the hair.

So proud of Katie today and so proud of my sister too for the way she’s brought her two daughters up (for many years by herself). Hannah - her first professional makeup for her formal. Hannah really didn’t want very much of anything. She really loved it though and looked so beautiful. Her mum Lyndsey and I were quite emotional as she was so chuffed and so happy when she saw her makeup. Love the red dress 💃
Holly - formal makeup last week for this beautiful girl. A soft, bronzy glam look perfect with her complexion and lemon dress. Just loved having Holly and sister Katie (doing taxi 😜) in. Their mum Ruth is a hairdresser (she’s so glam too) and did Holly’s hair for her finished look. Incidentally Ruth also does my mum’s hair every Saturday
Wedding guest makeup for Ella and her mum Kathryn (featuring Ella’s little brother 😜). Ella(13) went with a soft pink eyeshadow look to go with her dress and Kathryn loves, and really suits, a good smokey eye. Lipstick was my favourite MAC Syrup which has a cool purple undertone to go with her purple dress 💜🩷beautiful ladies
