A dream brief

A joyful, colourful celebration 💕

Guys if you know me, you know I LOVE colourful florals, they just make me so happy, from working with the loose stems to seeing the final creation come together it’s just pure joy!

Back in April Caoimhe & Michael presented me with a dream opportunity to create show-stopping colourful florals for their ceremony & reception at tankardstownhouse, it turned out to be one of my biggest weddings to date.

Back in 2022 when I opened the new studio I had a plan to let go of the smaller projects, focus on larger scale full service weddings where Ditsy is the only floral team involved, allowing me to have overall creative direction & hopefully reducing my time working on admin (as believe me a small spend project takes as much planning & as many emails as a bigger spend project).

I’m so joyful to see my new vision coming to fruition 2 years later. Some days are challenging, extremely tiring and long, bigger spend weddings clearly mean more work but it’s the creation of something so beautiful & the satisfaction of knowing you've done a great job on such an important day that drives me on.

I’m always a little sad when the day is over but I’m so looking forward to the rest of 2024 and seeing what 2025 & 2026 holds for me & team Ditsy x
