Zone 22

Gym is starting to shape up nicely at Zone 22 and we will be announcing our timetable this week, artwork and finishing touches are being carried out aswell as equipment being brought in 👍

We are going to be doing pay as you go gym sessions which will include full use of the gym, punch bags and the venue, there will be no more than 5 people in the gym at one time meaning no waiting for our cardio machines or waiting for weights. We will also have works outs available for you to use and there will also be a PT available at all times to help you and give advice 😀

Just so we get an idea of when to run these sessions please comment below when you would be likely to use the gym and the below times are when we are thinking of opening the gym

6:30am - 9:30am
9:30am - 12:00pm
12:00pm - 15:00pm
6pm - 9pm

From 1st April 2025 we have decided to change our party packages ( don’t worry if you have booked a party later in the year your package will be honoured)

We are now going to venue hire only and will only have the 2 packages available

🌟𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝟭- Veune hire for 3hrs, use of tables and chairs for children to have food at, use of sound system, disco lights and disco balls

🌟𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝟮 - everything from package 1 plus unlimited tea/coffee/juice for your guests

You can bring your own entertainment to the venue, and they must hold valid insurance which must to be shown to a member of staff prior to your party

🚨Unfortunately we can’t have foam parties due to our flooring 🚨

Just a little sneak peak of a little bit of the gym that we are doing at Zone 22 and fingers crossed the rest will be ready within the next couple of weeks 🤩

We are going to have cardio machines, free weights, barbells, kettlebells, power bags,a sledge 🛷 and so much more

We are also going to be dropping our timetable very soon and we are going to be doing the following

🥳 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗕𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝘀 🥳

That’s right it’s been one year since we took over Zone 22 and it has totally flown over 😀

We hit the ground running and opened up our Martial Arts school MF Martial Arts - Cramlington and it has been amazing welcoming all of our new students 🥋

We have also hosted a lot of birthday parties and you guys just can’t get enough of our bouncy castle 🏰

We also have had our amazing hirers continued to use our Venue to run their classes Dance Unlimited and LBB Boogie Bounce

In our first year we wanted to take our time and see what works for us and to also get used to running our own venue something we had never done before

And the good news is that very very soon we are opening up a small gym in the back room at Zone 22 ✨

Our new gym will be open very soon and we are also going to be doing fitness classes, teen sessions, older adults and pt sessions

We can’t wait for the next year and to see what it brings us but a very big thank you for everyone who has supported us the last year 🥰

Been out shopping today and getting some paint samples as we are going to be re decorating Zone 22 in the next few weeks 🤩

We are changing the bathrooms and putting in some new furniture and we also have exciting plans coming up for other rooms in the venue

We just can’t decide what Colour to go for do we stay neutral or should we jazz it up a bit 🤔

That’s right today is our first party of 2025 and what an amazing set up for a 2yrs olds dinosaur 🦕 themed birthday party

Energy Kick Fitness are looking in Jan 2025 to start some boot camps at the venue

We just want some feedback on what times people would be interested in and also what kids of exercise people would want to do

Times would be
- 6:30am
- 7:30am
- 8:30am

And we also have a choice of boxing programs, martial arts, strength or cardio 🏃‍♀️

These boot camps will have a maximum of 6 people in and will focus on weight loss, building strength and overall fitness
