It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or if you have a black belt we cater for everyone at our classes.

And we are not fight club we don’t put you in the middle of the room and say 𝗙𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁, that’s not part of our classes at all we teach different punching and kicking combos designed to give you a full body work out.

Our classes can have you burning between 400-800 calories per session 🤩

Energy Kick Fitness are looking in Jan 2025 to start some boot camps at the venue

We just want some feedback on what times people would be interested in and also what kids of exercise people would want to do

Times would be
- 6:30am
- 7:30am
- 8:30am

And we also have a choice of boxing programs, martial arts, strength or cardio 🏃‍♀️

These boot camps will have a maximum of 6 people in and will focus on weight loss, building strength and overall fitness

My name is Kim and I just wanted to pop on here and tell you my story of how kickboxing changed my life 😱

𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼 - I was just plodding along and not taking care of myself or eating properly at all, each month I was getting bigger and bigger but not addressing the elephant in the room

𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗻...................

I went along to kickboxing one night with my husband and I was hooked

𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼 - this was took about a year and a half later at at this point I had lost nearly 5 stone and was training almost every night.

𝗞𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗯𝗼𝘅𝗶𝗻𝗴 at first was tough and at some point I thought about giving up, I didn’t have the best balance and I didn’t think I had much power 🔋

𝗕𝘂𝘁............ slowly but surely I started getting faster and stronger and then I noticed a complete change in my body shape and fitness levels that I kept pushing myself to be the best version I could be.
