Wrong!! ❌ opening up the neckline, deep plunges and even a strapless gown can totally compliment and minimalise the area you wanted to hide the most! Model Rachael was stunned at how this beautiful off the shoulder, scooped neckline actually reduced the look of her fuller bust.
