Miso garlic 🧄

This super simple paste can be added to sauces, marinades, soups, dressings or even used for garlic bread 🤤🤤🤤

Not only does it taste divine, it is also rich in protein and minerals and is a good source of several vitamins AND being a fermented food it contains beneficial probiotic bacteria! ❤️

Did you know? Adding a little bit of sugar to tomatoes when making sauces helps to balance the acidity. Creating a beautiful rounded flavour! 🍅 However, as an alternative to adding sugar, you can just cook the tomatoes on a low heat for a few hours or even add some balsamic vinegar for sweetness 🍬

You don't have to substitute flavour for health - have both!

The Monday motivation you need - the wonderful new gym opens today 💪 🙌

We loved doing a South African inspired spread for their grand opening on Saturday, complete with 'Serida Shortbreads' - thanks to the fabulous for these funky new cookie cutters!
