🎭 AUDITION NOTICE 🎭
Charles Condomine, whose first wife Elvira has been dead for seven years, has been reasonably happy with second wife Ruth. After he invites Madam Arcati, a local medium, to conduct a seance at their home Elvira returns from the dead. Determined to get Charles to herself forever she arranged an accident which culminated with Ruth joining Elvira. Now plagued by two jealous squabbling spirits he bids both farewell leaving them trapped in the house, petulantly squabbling forever.

A small group of professional musicians including a pianist, an actor and a singer will perform light classics and other pieces which promise to be ‘exciting, funny, tender, romantic and thought-provoking,’ according to the organisers. The charity has been doing incredible work for the last 40+ years supporting people who are experiencing the devastating effects of homelessness. Their work is, quite literally, life changing.

The Haunting is a spine-chilling blend of five of Dicken's short stories, combined for dramatic effect by Hugh James, with elements of Dicken's private life, novels and letters thrown in for good measure.

Set in 1865, a young book dealer, David Filde, is employed to catalogue a private library in an old crumbling mansion, but a series of strange and unexplained events conspire to keep him from his work.

What is the secret? And is there only one?

A comedy in two acts by Derek Webb
Agatha’s back, joining a genealogy course to find out about her family tree.
The course is held in one of the best-preserved medieval houses in the country, Bramwell Towers, built on the site of an old Franciscan Priory, but she has scarcely been there a few hours when one of the people running the course dies in suspicious circumstances.
And then one by one others follow.
The police are called, but the arrival of DI Twigg doesn’t fill the worried course participants with optimism and, yet again, it falls on Miss Crusty to solve the case amid bodies piling up as fast as the laughs.
