Happy Friday you lovely lot!

Updating our socials is certainly not a strong point here at the good ship CC but that's just because we are constantly out serving our lovely customers (and Dave's not great at sitting on socials, In fact he's not very social at all!) 🤣

We have been really busy in the office getting our contract catering work set up for the forthcoming year and its looking like its going to be a very busy one for us in 2024!
This doesn't make for great Facebook posts but watch this space for all the exciting updates we have coming!

Lots of new clients to work with this year and we can't wait to get stuck in! Also, we also can't wait for the weather to get warmer! ☀️

Well, as the last of the mince pies leaves the kitchen it's time for us to wrap up (pun fully intended) for Christmas & 2023!

What an incredible year it has been for us at CCHQ!
I'm very aware that I say this every year but 23 has been one to remember.

We have been privileged to work at some incredible venues and work with some really lovely couples and I just wanted to say what a joy it has been providing our services to each and every one of you.

A special thank you goes out to the two amazing ladies that run the good ship CC, Jeri and Turi. Without these two wonderful humans, nothing would get done here!

All of us here are really looking forward to 2024 and beyond as we have lots of new couples to work with and in some beautiful locations!

But for the next couple of weeks we will be having a well earned rest (starting with tonights staff Xmas party........😆🍾🥂)

So all that's left for me to say is, We hope you all have a Wonderfull Christmas and a happy & prosperous new year!

Let’s be honest, the food does get so much better when the weather turns colder….🥶

These little beauties are our honey glazed pigs which we served for a corporate client this afternoon. Needless to say they didn’t hang around! 😂

A truly beautiful wedding at the stunning Old Rectory estate for us yesterday!

A really lovely couple who we have had a blast working with over the last year.
They had a split 3 course wedding breakfast with us and although challenging to deliver hot and on time we loved every minute of it!

Massive thanks also goes to our incredible team headed by our new events manager Turi!
We are over the moon to have her onboard and although really being thrown in at the deep end she is absolutely smashing it!

Meet our team Monday !

For the next five Mondays we would like to introduce you to our small team.

Creating an amazing event and menu specific for each of our clients means we get to know you quite well but you guys know very little about us which we would like to change.

Introducing our Manager Director and Head Chef, Dave.

Dave has always had a great passion for cooking since he was a school boy and this passion very quickly changed into a career.

He chose to create Centre Catering as he felt the preparation for him and his wife’s wedding had a very small variation of choice and he wanted this to change for future couples so they could choose exactly how their wedding menu turned out. Whether they want a cold buffet or a three course meal, Dave created the business so we can provide it all.

Fun facts about Dave :
- If he wasn’t a chef he would want to be a pilot
- His favourite food is curry, specifically a Naga Lamb
- His favourite place visited is a small village in the French Alps
- His dream event to cater would be a wedding in Kew gardens.
