As dietary requirements become more diverse, crafting dishes that cater to everyone has become increasingly challenging. This weekend, we had the honour of catering for over 300 esteemed guests at the serving delectable delights in the hospitality boxes as well as managing the ringside terrace bar.  

Sussex welcomed us with glorious sunshine throughout the 4-day event, creating the perfect backdrop for an extraordinary affair. As the sound of horse resonated and champagne was sipped, we ensured that every taste bud was tantalized from the moment the guest step food into their box, with a welcome platter on arrival a vibrant and filling 2 course buffet lunch followed by scrumptious afternoon tea meticulously crafted to please even the most discerning food enthusiast. 

With a passion for exceptional food and impeccable service, we are excited to embark on this journey and we are already looking forward to the next meeting in July. Check out our story highlights for a glimpse of the Al Shira'aa Derby Meeting extravaganza.

Day 2 of an extraordinary 5 days of catering. Street stalls and bowls. 5 individual designed stalls and menus serving fish & chips , sushi, steamed bao buns, curry and burgers.
Looking for a catering option for this years ? Food stalls are an interactive way for guest to mingle around the room & taste a range of food at the own pace.

Day 1 / 5 of multiple back to back events. The next 5 days financially will be as strong as the whole of August, as we see events well and truly roar back from a summer break. We start this evening off with birthday celebration of canapes & drinks!
