I love to produce cakes for a wide variety of occassions e.g. birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, christenings, etc. Cakes and decorating is my passion.

I have been making and decorating cakes since I was 13 years old, starting with supplying family and friends with their cake orders. Cake making and decorating grew from my love of cooking, which I persued to A level at college. I have also attended sugar craft and sugar flower classes. I love to produce bespoke cakes for a wide variety of occassions e.g; birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, christ

enings, etc. These can be sponge cakes or fruit, and coverings are sugar paste (fondant), royal icing, buttercream, marzipan, etc. I make cakes for all ages, from novelty to elaborately decorated.
