Gym Tip:
Many people go to the gym and lift heavy.
Instead, if you focus on lifting the lighter weights you'll find that they are much easier because they aren't as heavy.

An effective method to motivate yourself to do cardio:
Run for 30 minutes every day. If you MISS a day, add 30 minutes to the next day.
Tomorrow I'm running for 7 1/2 weeks

Fruit and vegetables here are generally so much better than in the UK.
With the exception of white onion. These weak ass tasteless b*tches! I could eat an American onion like an apple. Whereas British onions could have you crying from inside a plastic bag with the skin on! And THATS what I'm looking for in my onions... I want to suffer. If an onion doesn't punch you in the nose the second you peel it, it's not strong enough.

Lifting weights has been amazing for my anxiety.

I still have anxiety, but now I'm anxious with really strong legs 💪
