🌿Who is joining us this Monday at 10 am for our amazing Mum Yoga session with Penny?

Our Yoga session with Penny is a great way and safe way for mums to get active again in a relaxed environment where your baby is welcome.

Learn how to soothe and energise yourself by using rhythmic movements and breathing techniques, while using Hatha-style asanas to stretch out and strengthen areas of your body that may have become tight during pregnancy or when feeding your baby.

These classes are a great place to connect with other parents who are going through the same experiences as you. Or to just take time out of your busy schedule to nurture and care for you.

The classes are for anyone, but babies, from new-born up until they are mobile (rolling, crawling, etc…) are welcome in the practice room.

All equipment provided. Block of 6 booked classes includes an organic linseed filled eye pillow used during savasana to enhance relaxation. 🌿

🌿 What a fabulous week for our Hub sessions 😀

Mum Yoga with your little ones with Penny on Monday, we had some fabulous feedbacks describing the session as magical and with just this hour of yoga it's transformed their week 🙏

Fabulous Saplings sessions where we explored different textures and smells to discover what we like or dislike ✨️

Relaxing Baby massage this week with our own Lavender Baby massage oil and learning a lot of different massage techniques for teething, congested nose and baby faces massages 💆‍♀️

With of course some delicious cakes from our kitchen 😋

🧎‍♀️‍➡️Our first ever Mum and Baby Yoga class with Penny on Monday morning at 10 am🧎it was absolutely fabulous and so relaxing don't miss out for next week 😊

🌱 Saplings (from birth to 2 years old) our nurturing baby sensory group on Wednesday at 10 am and 1 pm, and Thursday at 10 am ( FULL), last few spaces remaining for Wednesday.

✨️A little bit more about our unique session Saplings from birth to 2 years old 🌿

We started them now more than 7 years ago with and our parents describe them as "like a spa treat for myself and my little one 💕 ".

🌱Each session is unique using beautiful natural resources, around different sensory adventures, stories and songs, and with of course some delicious refreshments, the perfect opportunity for you and your little one to create magical memories ✨️
