We supply ever ‘growing’ varieties of seasonal cut flowers and herbs farmed responsibly in a natural and sustainable way. Our flowers are grown without the use of chemical pesticides and fertilisers. Of the UKs £2 Billion cut flower market it is estimated 90% of flowers are imported from far flung corners of the globe. This unfortunately means that many air miles are clocked up. journeys along with the use of excess packaging all adds up to a pretty unethical & unsustainable business. Here at Bloomin’ ’ansum we aim to supply fresh, seasonal, blooms as an alternative. lower transport costs and no need for artificial means to sustain blooms on long journeys, makes us able to supply ‘fresh picked from the garden look, feelgood flowers’ at prices competitive to commercial growers and importers. Only 20 years ago Britain was 80% self-sufficient in cut flowers!! We have 2 growing areas and welcome anyone to come see what’s on offer (by appointment). We have a pick your own patch this year where you can come ‘build a bouquet’ or fill a bucket for DIY arrangements, for weddings, funerals or other functions. Alternatively, there are subscription opportunities (with or without vase hire) with discounts for regular contracts, ensuring your home or business, be it pub, restaurant, hotel, boutique has a regular, fresh, ethical, bespoke arrangement of local blooms to welcome yourselves and or your customers.
