We are a family run Bouncy Castle Business situated within Pontypool, although we deliver to all the surrounding areas.
Bounce-A-Rama has been up and running for plenty of years but as of June 2017 we will be starting fresh. Over the next few months we will have plenty of offers, new castles and new soft play to get us bouncing back.
Not only that, being family run means we understand how expensive children's parties can get. Therefore, we give the most competitive prices and allow the castles to be hired out without a time limit. This will allow your family to have endless fun without having to worry about only being able to hire/afford it for a short amount of time.

It's still Rob from previously known as R&M sounds, however I've had that name now for around 5+ years, so time for a change!

We are delighted to announce the historic Coal Exchange Cardiff is reopening on Friday, March 8th, 2024, under new management.

One significant aspect of the reopening is the invaluable contribution and collaboration with bedroom investors. Agreements are being put in place to allow the use of more rooms within the hotel. In addition, they will also be represented on the management board, ensuring their interests and vision are well-represented at all times.

We are thrilled to announce that the majority of our senior management team will be returning to head up the operation, they will be reaching out to staff to discuss potential return to work this week. Their expertise and passion will undoubtedly contribute to the exceptional service and unforgettable experiences that The Coal Exchange will provide to its valued guests.

For those with existing bookings made for March 8th and onwards for bedroom accommodation, Culley's Kitchen & Bar, weddings, and events, we are pleased to confirm that they will proceed as planned. A dedicated member of our team will be in touch shortly to discuss the details and provide any necessary updates.

However, we regret to inform guests who have made bookings for bedroom accommodation, Culley's Kitchen & Bar, weddings, and events pre-March 8th, 2024, that these have been cancelled. We deeply appreciate the understanding and flexibility of our valued guests during this transition period.

Eden Grove Development Limited recently announced that Austin Smith Lord has been appointed architect and with Harrison Clark Rickerbys providing legal advice and support to the development of the North side. We aim to release more details on further development of The Coal Exchange Cardiff in due course.

It's safe to say I am devastated that it has came to this for my most popular venue in Cardiff.

From hosting Tom Jones for his Christmas concert to reopening one of Cardiff's historically significant establishments and being recognised as the top hotel in Cardiff on Trip Advisor, it has been an incredible journey.

A special thanks goes out to the wonderful guests, clients, and suppliers who have stayed with us and supported us in various ways.

We hope that one day, our magnificent hotel can reopen under new management that shares our values and works towards restoring our Grade II listed building. That creates a venue that Cardiff and the rest of the world can take pride in.
