If this balance isn't made, unfortunately, your order won't be and you could loose having flowers for your big day.

Good Morning everyone
New booking and payments procedures have been put into place.

From today all new bookings will be following this procedure regards to deposits and payments due

From today all existing bookings will be following this procedure of just remaining payments due

A non refundable Deposit of £100 on orders over £200 and a non refundable deposit of £50 on orders under £200 will be taken to secure all bookings - If this isn't paid you are not booked in and forfeit your allocation wedding slot

8 weeks prior to your wedding the remaining full balance left on your order form will have to be paid. Your order will not be made if this payment hasn't been given and you could forfeit not having flowers for your special day

You will not be able to add onto your booking after the 8 weeks payment has been made so please make sure if you need anything adding on or taking off this is done with plenty of notice

Anything added on to your booking will be put down as the new increased price rates - so please ask for the new price guide :D

Update - I don't like to name and shame but this lady has decided to walk away without paying for a service

She has blocked my flowers account but was able to make contact on personal and now she's blocked me on that one too.

If anything happens regards your wedding i.e not going ahead or not wanting the service please please let suppliers know before letting them put in hours of time to receive nothing from it.

*UPDATE*
Recent messenger blocking

After I completed an order for a lovely lady and the final balance was ready to be paid. The lady in question has blocked me on messenger but is available on my normal profile.

Due to this, I will be going round my bookings and asking all my clients for the remaining balance to be paid before I order the flowers in as I am now out of pocket on this order.

I am sorry if this causes any inconvenience but we can discuss this when I message you lovely lot that have soon to be weddings.
