Not flower related but my fellow gym rats and runners, can anyone recommend a sports physio or physio? Done something to my knee whilst strength training, not swollen but cant bend my leg back/kick back from the knee without sharp pain can anyone diagnose/ help please🤷‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🦵
