We return to our regular weekly quiz nights at The White Horse Pub this coming Tuesday 7/1/25!!! It’s been a few weeks since we were last there as Xmas Eve + New Years Eve both fell on the last two Tuesday nights

So we expect this to be a busy one (because the quiz family will have missed my bants)!

8.00-10.00pm / FREE to enter / very easy to play / prizes for the winning teams!

We are back Sunday 5/1/25 for our normal ‘1st Sunday of each month’ Speedquizzing quiz night at The Old Farmhouse. 8-10pm / £1 per person on each team to play (all goes to charity) / prizes for winning teams!

We raised a fantastic £88.00 for charity at the last quiz here! I want to beat that for the first of our 2025 quiz nights!

It’s loads of fun, very easy to play, fantastic venue + a great way to kick start the ‘back to work’ end of Xmas holidays!

Book a table in advance with the venue or get there early for a good seat!

THIS SUNDAY 29/12/24 - is the last Speedquizzing Quiz Night of the year at The Old Farmhouse in Darlington!

We will be returning to our normal 1st Sunday of the month quiz from 5/1/25 !!

We will start at 8.00pm prompt and will be finished around 10.00pm. It gets quite busy on quiz nights, so get there early or book a table with the venue in advance!

PLEASE NOTE: there will be a £1.00 per person on each team charge for 29/12/24 onwards. This money is 100% given to a local charity! The venue are still covering our fee to host the quiz + supplying the generous prizes for winning teams! I am sure that nobody will begrudge £1.00 for the fantastic fun quiz & the chance to go home with a prize - aswell as raise a bit of money for needy local charities?

This will be the last quiz night - of 2024!!!!

Because Xmas Eve + New Years Eve are both on a Tuesday night - there will be no quiz on these nights!

We are back at The Old Farmhouse this coming Sunday 1/12/24 for the first of TWO Speedquizzing nights planned for December!

Last month was a packed out quiz and we took over the entire pub / bar & restaurant! We are expecting the same this Sunday! Reserve a table in advance by contacting the pub directly - or make sure that you get down early to grab a table! It’s completely FREE to enter, very simple to play + there will be great prizes for winning teams! Make sure you have plenty of charge on your phone battery or tablet too - as we ran out of loan devices very quickly last time! Starts at 8.00pm and will be done for 10.00pm!

Had a brilliant night at The White Horse Pub doing our weekly Tuesday night Speedquizzing!

Loads of teams and a fantastic atmosphere!

Thank you to the regular loyal teams that attend every week + the new faces we see frequently!

Please share our posts to let others know about this fun & unmissable weekly event. It’s important for us and the venue that these are well attended & viable to keep putting on for customers. All the gang from Sunderland Deaf Society at the end of a brilliant night! £451.00 raised for this association from only 5 races! Met some fantastic people + had a brilliant night! Thank you for allowing me to be involved.

A ‘HUGE’ shout out and ‘Thank You’ to the 17! YES - 17 teams that rocked up at The Old Farmhouse last night for our Speedquizzing night! Kept me on my toes and wasn’t expected - but was great fun! We hope you all had a fun Sunday night and will be back for the next one??

Coming up THIS SUNDAY! We are back at The Old Farmhouse for our monthly smartphone pub quiz! This was extremely well attended last month with 13 teams + staff had to move chairs & tables from the restaurant so teams had somewhere to sit! We are anticipating the same again!!!
