Homemade hot honey elevates this salad, and great with so many other things! I made mine by mixing honey, fresh chilli, Korean chilli flakes, sliced garlic, fresh rosemary & thyme. Leave for the flavours to infuse and then enjoy!

SPRING LAMB, ASPARAGUS, WILD GARLIC & FETA

The perfect spring dish, bursting with flavour, using incredible English lamb & asparagus

BBQ spring lamb, asparagus, wild garlic chimichurri on a bed of garlic, chilli & lemon whipped feta & roasted peppers

Whipped Feta & Pepper Recipe

- 1 pack of feta
- 1 jar of charred peppers
- 2 cloves garlic
- zest & juice of 1/2 a lemon
- dash of red wine vinegar
- tsp of honey
- chilli flakes - to taste

Blend ingredients together, season with a little salt and pepper, and chilli flakes to your liking

Delicious as a cold dip, served warm under fish & meat or with grilled vegetables
